I decided to try and make a masterlist of fan fiction for one-off characters from Doctor Who. This is the result for Classic Who (including novels & audios). Fics should all be complete and in English. The one-off character(s) in question needn't be the focus of the fic, but they should feature in it fairly significantly in some way.
